A final da Champions da Baixada, em Campos, foi uma verdadeira batalha e foi vencida pelo Juventude de Marrecas. Após jogo duríssimo e empate em 0 a 0 no tempo normal, o Juventude venceu por 3 a 1 nos pênaltis e conquistou a Champions da Baixada.

O Jogo

O jogo já começou tenso antes mesmo de a bola rolar, isso porque o time do Estrela ameaçou não jogar alegando que os atletas do Juventude teriam assinado a súmula após o horário limite para o início da partida. Após muita conversa, e pelo desejo dos jogadores de entrar em campo, a diretoria do Estrela decidiu ir para o jogo.

Quando a bola rolou o que se viu nos primeiros 10 minutos foi muita vontade das duas equipes e muitas faltas violentas. Passado o clima de tensão as duas equipes decidiram ir para o jogo e aí sim, a final teve um jogão com muitas chances de gol.

O Estrela começou melhor no jogo, porém a primeira grande chance foi para o Juventude aos 23 minutos do primeiro tempo num pênalti que Thiaguinho cobrou mas o goleiro Kauã fez uma grande defesa, salvando o Estrela. Confiram o vídeo com a defesa do goleiro.

Após o pênalti perdido, o Juventude continuou em cima do Estrela mas só com lançamentos na área, facilitando as ações da defesa do Estrela, que conseguiu segurar bem a pressão.

No segundo tempo o Juventude seguiu melhor no começo, perdendo ao menos 3 grandes chances claras de gol com Lekinho. Na metade da segunda etapa o Estrela conseguiu equilibrar as ações mas sem efetividade a decisão ficou mesmo para as penalidades máximas.

Nas cobranças de pênalti, brilhou a estrela do destaque da partida: Colorau, goleiro do Juventude. O Goleirão defendeu 3 pênaltis e garantiu a conquista do título para o time de Marrecas, final Juventude 3 x 1 Estrela e festa azul e branca no gramado do campo do Donana.
